I decided to help myself out a bit last dinner party by making notes and diagrams to help me and my assistants (maid and daughter) not forget anything and do it as I have instructed. Yes, it has happened on more than a few occasions that it gets completely misinterpreted. It really did help I shall be using these again. Dinner for 6 went very smoothly indeed. Sorry had no time to take pics of the dinner as I was too busy eating and having a good time. Excuse the poor spelling.
