Agree. At least let the expats have an allowance so the locals who say they don't drink can keep face and get their hands on cheaper alcohol. Lighten the load on customs and police to concentrate on the drug smugglers and dealers. Make Kuwait a more interesting place for tourists to visit because the future food capital of the world will be needing good wine.
Legalize alcohol. Enforce laws like they do in Bahrain, Dubai, Qatar....
