Lived in Kuwait 1978-1983 off the Fifth Ring Road in Rumathiya. At first I thought this might be a practical joke, but then I heard the horns honking! The phones used to work intermittently when it rained -- this is a whole different story!

ReplyDeleteSadly no joke. Although the next morning most places had drained and dried up and back to normal. Until it rains again.
