  2. Went for it. There was only dancer and most of her moves were repetitive. A lot of times her foot beats were not matching up with the live trio. The guitar plays were good. I did not understand the poetry since they were in Spanish. The rendition was not impressive either. I would have loved an English Translation. Overall a 4.6 out of 10.

I went to this show and I will be going again. It was fabulous. But one really needs to understand true flamenco to enjoy it. Flamenco is a soul dance... I don't speak Spanish but I could feel what the poems were saying...it was just a feeling, although I would have liked a translation, but I wouldn't have been able to read it while I saw the dancing...maybe after. I personally thought the dancer was fabulous but the music was ok, I mean, it wasn't professional, but it was well rehearsed. I definitely recommend this event...mmmm...to know more about the dancer there is a web site: www.anaoterodance.blogspot.com

I loved it. Will go again. Dont know if my comment went through. One must undertsand Flamenco to appreciate it...a translation would have been nice. The dancer was fabulous but the musicians lacked technique in flamenco, but they rehearsed well, I mean, they are arabic and not spanish so that would explain it, but overall I really loved it...true art

  7. We should encourage the arts if no one supports these shows then we shall really have something to moan about. At these prices I'm delighted to attend.
