It's dried crystalised pomelo skin bought at Castania Nut Boutique, Avenues opposite Mothercare. Sounds strange I know and it's not cheap but it is irresistable. I've eaten a whole bag full. Pop by and try out a few free samples of the nuts and dried fruits, they are yum! And to help my argument for finishing off the bag here are the health benefits of pomelo [link]. Although they probably mean without the crystalised sugar and including the fleshy inside part too.
