Weight Loss Camp Ramadan Schedule



Dates: 5 -24 July

 Training twice a day, four days a week....


Camp goals: Losing Weight, Gaining Strength.

Training locations:
5:30 PM Cardio sessions are held (outdoor) either in Salmiya or Mishref Track

9:30 PM Army Training sessions are held (Indoor) in Dasman Model School

Fees:
Adult Season Ticket: KD 125
Adult Group of 3+ Season Ticket: KD 100 each
Kid Season Ticket: 65 KD (7 - 12 years old)
