Great, healthy exercise without them even realizing it. My two kids did two hours and wanted to do more even though they were red and sweaty. It's located on the 3rd floor at Promenade Mall (next to Plaza Mall) off the 3rd Ring Road in Hawally. It's a nice new mall with quite a few shops open and more to open shortly.
Gets a kiddy vote of 10/10 and from all the smiling faces and the laughing - that's pretty unanimous. Plus on the same floor is a small ice rink for the kids to really cool off in after all that jumping.
