Yay! A Fitness Boot Camp in Kuwait


















The first and only fitness camp in Kuwait, providing you three weeks of intense fitness training sessions three times a week to make you fitter and stronger.

WHEN WILL IT START ?
Season 1  ‘Three Weeks’
will start on: The 17th of December 2011
And will end on:  The 7th of January 2012

TRAINING SCHEDULE

 (1)* TFC Army Fitness Session: EVERY SATURDAY at 8:30 AM
Its more like a bootcamp style, very tough and unpredictable. From carrying sand bags to sprinting your soul out.

 (2)* TFC Beach Session: EVERY MONDAY AT 7:00 PM.
Do you know how hard it is to exercise on beach sand ? Well, you will do a whole session on that using your body weight to train your body. All sort of push ups, crawling stuff, lunges, squats, and a lot more. You wont handle it i tell you that.

(3)* TFC Limit-breaking session: EVERY WEDNESDAY AT 7:00 PM
This is where your limits are tested. If your max was to run 8 K, now we will do 14 or 20. Or if you only do 10 push ups, this day you will do 40 and 50. Don’t tell me it is impossible. We didn’t call it Limit-breaking session for no reason. huh ?
