13.30 - Weather is rainy and cold. But more people are
trickling in.
14.20 - Some of the Kuwaiti Shaabi singers and dancers
warming up.
14.14 - More entertainers arriving and readying themselves.
But starting to rain heavily.
14.57 - Even some smart ladies, ready for all weather
conditions, are off to take cover from the cold and the heavy rain.
15.00 - Looks as if the road has been opened to traffic and we saw
drummers getting back on their bus and driving off?
15.39 - No sign of a parade :O( Looks as if it's been cancelled due to the weather.
