Does Anyone Know How to Remove a Bee Hive From Your Garden in Kuwait?

A friend of mine has a bee hive problem. Last year, it was in a different location and not problematic but this year it's right outside her kitchen door. Does anyone know if it can be relocated without killing the bees? And, if so, does anyone know who can do it? Pls email me or post in comments. This picture was taken earlier this afternoon  - it's grown 6 times larger now. Eeeek!

Much appreciated Tareef for the prompt response -

Hi there
The photo is not clear but most probably these are wild bees not domestic bees. They are harmful to real bees. They dont collect honey but rather steal it from domestic bees. That's what I got from a bee expert (handler) in kuwait. If you dont want to spray them then I would suggest taking multiple photos with a flash at night. Next morning they'll be gone for good. It worked for me. If everything fails, my friend bee handler can assist.

Ya gotta love our little village and some of the great people in it. Thanks for sharing, Tareef.

  1. Eek! No idea about who can remove it, but burn citronella candles or use citronella essential oil to keep them out of the house.

    1. Good idea. Thanks, Naomi.

  2. Any contact for removing beehive in kuwait.

Always great to hear from you :O)
