This fun two day course will cover beginning calligraphy and watercolor painting. We will learn different watercolor techniques and modern calligraphy, and the 2 day course will culminate in you designing a print combining your new watercolor and calligraphy skills.

Manifesto 13
April 24th- May 12th
Six classes, Tuesday and Thursday mornings
9:30am-12 noon
  If you’re interested in learning calligraphy, thinking of starting your own business, just like to try something new, or love stationery  – this class is for you. This class is truly meant for beginners – even if you’ve never picked up a calligraphy pen before, you’ll want to take this class! During the 6 weeks, we will go over the basics, including materials and dipping your pen in ink, understanding ink flow and pressure, basic script letterforms, modern letterforms, spacing, and connecting letters, all with hands on instruction. We will finish the class with a project that you can take with you and show off your new skills!
