How many of us would love that to happen?
This was the Oprah show yesterday in the US and they usually put them on here a day or so later so you still might catch the whole show.
The boss of a multi-billion dollar waste management company went undercover to see how the company ran. He actually went on a run cleaning port-o-lets (portable toilets). The man who assisted him had so much pride in his job that the boss took him off the road and promoted him to speak, motivate & educate higher management.
Ya gotta love the Oprah Show!
