Friday, March 26th departing Radisson Blu at 8.15AM by bus (transport provided) to Messilah and running the 3 KM back to Radisson Blu.
LWDLIK- Update:
"Registration is done as soon as you arrive, you put your name down and receive a start number. That’s it. Then, as soon as everyone’s done, Radisson buses take you to the Messila Beach three k’s up the road and when the whole group is there, the sports director does a few warm exercises with the group prior to start time."
