Is it the people who leave their rubbish behind for someone else to clean up? Or the cleaners who went on strike two months ago because they didn't get paid? (according to a few people at the park and the lack of cleaners to be seen) Or the municipality in charge of monitoring the parks and ensuring they give these cleaning contracts to companies that actually pay their employers? Or is it the individuals who own the cleaning companies that break the law and have no morals?
It's certainly not the cleaners fault if they are not being paid!
It's very sad my daughter and all the other kids love to play here but this mess is too hazardous.

Lovely Kuwait...I am here since years and it makes me vomit...I have that image to get a big bulldozer and to scrap all the left behind rubish, rubble, garbage, trash on one big pile after the camping season is over...I bet you in 5 nyears we will ahve the Q8i mountaisn in the desert Monte Sherbelino : ) the other option I had on my mind to collect trash all over Q8 and to get on the 2nd level in the Avenues, and trough the whole pile of trash on the people on the ground floor, to see how they feel being showered by their own garbage and if it would leave an impression....if they once would feel like mother nature...
