Yoga...Yes, you know you need it :O)

Having tried the benefits of yoga myself I have to say it really does help with stress and limbering up the body and helping it and you function better.
It can also assist in controlling  your anger and stop you from beating to death one of those crazy, hell-bent drivers out there.
My girlfriend swears by yoga and has been an avid attendee at yoga classes for many years. It has certainly helped her physically and mentally to be very positive and strong. She is 50+ and has the physique of a 25 yr old and she can do amazing, contortionist stuff with her body (which may come in handy in her pursuit for a new husband.)
Nithyananda Yoga Foundation in Kuwait has yoga classes for various levels given by well-experienced male and female yoga teachers. Classes are available in Salwa, Salmiya, Surra, Abbassiya. Tel. 25635450 or 99838117.
