Australian Wagyu (400 day grain fed, succulent beef) is food of the Gods. Seriously, it's expensive (KD 29.750 per kg) but sooo worth it. Easy to cook and tastes DIVINE.
The secret is to have it salt, peppered and flash fried so it's a little brown on the outside and rare to pink on the inside. NEVER, EVER, EVER over cook it!!!! I also like to let it marinate for a few minutes in a teaspoon of soya, a little honey 1/2 tsp, and a little black pepper. YUM!
