A friend of mine just gave me this recipe for a very healthy breakfast she got it from her personal trainer (I want one of those too).
Blend some fruits, yoghurt (like a smoothy) and a few almonds and walnuts now pour it over some oats (I hear Al Ali are better and less processed, more natural than Quakers) leave it to soak up the smoothy for 5 mins and then eat. It's really good and very healthy :O)
