Masala Bhangra Workout

The Masala Bhangra Workout® is an Indian-dance based fitness program, derived from two Indian words: 
• Masala, which means ‘spicy’ in Hindi, and 
• Bhangra, which is a traditional folk dance from the northern state of Punjab, India 
The Masala Bhangra Workout® is an exercise dance routine that modernizes the high-energy folk dance of Bhangra by blending traditional Bhangra dance steps and the exhilaration of Bollywood in an easy to follow fitness format. The cardiovascular strength training exercise regimen is as much fun as it is rigorous (burning over 500 calories per workout)and is a mechanism by which thousands of people have lost weight and become physically active. The Masala Bhangra Workout® is a fresh and exciting addition to the world of fitness and dance ,and is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
 
Classes starting from 30th April 2012 at B's Villa , Bidaa AlTaawen St. Behind AlZummurrda Hall (near Palms Beach Club), Villa No. 7
