Another Horrendous Accident on Gulf Road

It is very sad to think someone was out, with their family, relaxing on their day off work and suddenly their life has changed in a flash. I hope to God these poor people are okay. We didn't witness the accident only the aftermath but it's probably another case of speeding that caused this disaster. 

When are there going to be serious punishments for such crimes?
