I was really looking forward to get my dog groomed by these guys. When it came to my appointment time they never showed up, made an appointment for the next day and they were over 1.5 hours late! You would at least expect an apology but they were very rude about it and said to take my dog somewhere else! That is exactly what I will do.

No sense of professionalism or sign of any work ethics; i called and the call center staff did not know any details about the dog training; my friend's cat got ringworms from their service; another friend booked an appointment and they were 4 hours late and showed up without even as much as an apology; to quote the manager "we have so many customers so we do not care about their complaints" what kind of business is this?
ReplyDeleteThat's not the kind of service I got from them or anyone else that I know received from them. Agreed they are fully booked; which is usually a sign that a business has got it right. And then to see a glowing recommendation only few minutes later for another groomer with telephone number.. makes me wonder.

To each his own opinion, if you favor animal care then by all means let no one stand in your way. I personally favor the services of the hachiko guys. No need for the sherlock holmes type of reply. Deletepersonally i would recomment using the grooming services of Hachiko pet grooming, appointments are very easy to set up, i got an appointment on the next day, call 97420111 to set up and appointment; the staff is very friendly and very professional
