Expat Arrested in Saudi Arabia for Carrying a Balloon on New Year's Eve























Nearly choked on my cornflakes in Dubai this morning whilst reading this in today's Gulf News (page 12).

    Good for them! More countries with a Muslim majority should do the same. Tell me, do any countries int he west celebrate any Muslim holidays, including the Muslim New Year?
