KUWAIT TIMES: The electronic crimes department is investigating a video in which a policeman can be seen dancing while clearly intoxicated. Liquor bottles are clearly visible on a table in the video, and a woman’s voice can be heard encouraging the uniformed policeman’s performance. The video surfaced after being spotted on a social media outlet online. The tape was filmed by the woman who can be heard speaking throughout, and appears to have taken place in an apartment. There is also considerable focus on the officer’s rank and the emblem of his department. High ranking officials ordered a quick investigation into the matter and to identify the officer.
