Re-Opening of Kuwait Towers Celebration Fireworks 2016

Loved every second of the fantastic firework display. Was a fabulous night with friends sharing this momentous occasion. Just one obvious glitch - where was the music? Yes, I know there was supposed to be music as the sound test at 4am woke me up, and everyone in our building. Sad, it would have added to this extraordinary celebration.

Road Closures For Fireworks Event at Kuwait Towers

MOI took into account all precautions and procedures to ensure safety of public for the fireworks festival.
MOI informed that the fireworks festival is all set to start at 8pm on the 5th of March. The event will be covered live and telecasted on Kuwait's national channels.
Requesting all to abide by and follow the instructions and rules so that everyone can enjoy the night.
Security checkpoints will be available opposite to Abdul Wahab Restaurant next to Safir Hotel-Kuwait located on the Gulf road.
In case of missing children please report to these security stations. 112 emergency will also be active to receive calls. 

WARNING: Do not try to get anywhere near the firework restricted zones. 

MOI also informed the closure of some roads starting at 12 noon: From 2nd ring road which crosses the Gulf road till the UK embassy (blocked both ways).

Parking and bus arrangements have been made. MOI kindly request the public to find parking zones at Bus Parking Zone, Green Island Parking Zone, Daiya Co-Op Parking zone, Al Arabi Club Parking Zone, Sharq and Dasma.
