Messilah Equestrian Club, Kuwait














Welcome to the Messilah Equestrian
Club, Kuwait.
One of the most prestigious equestrian
clubs in the country.
Our dedicated team of trainers, grooms
and service staff are here, to make sure
that you feel welcomed to a new style of
facilities in Messilah Equestrian Club.
Follow the 6th Ring Road from Messilah
towards Jahra. Turn right up onto the
bridge Exit 401, into Sabhan. At the
roundabout go straight and follow the
Messilah Equestrian Club signs.


Lessons

1) Daily Riding Lessons
For riders of all ages and levels, from beginner flatwork to advanced show jumping, We try our best to accommodate lessons to suit your available times and days. Timings from 4pm – 9pm (depending on season).
2) Summer Camps
Daily activities for riders, learning about horses and how to care for them, as well  as games, riding, gymkhanas.
3) Summer Camps Abroad
Every year, We spend one month abroad (for instance, in Germany) training and  competing in show jumping with riders of several ages and levels.
4) Field Trips
For schools we provide a guided tour of the stables and see all of our horses and  ponies. Students will also get the chance to ride some of our horses.
5) In house Show jumping competitions
Every 2 weeks during the competition season.
6) Well-trained horses and ponies
For riding lessons as well as for sale, to be sure to suit everyone’s needs.
7) Stable boarding
Over 80 air-conditioned box stalls, 4x4 m2 each, with wood shavings.
8) Coffee Shop
Enjoy a hot cup of coffee with a piece of home-made cakes, a wide variety to  choose from including hot food and sandwiches.
9) Tack Shop
With an extensive selection of riding gear and equestrian equipment, Tack and  clothing are available for both horse and rider.
For the rider: We offer several sizes and models on: riding long boots, riding short boots, riding pants, chaps, riding hats, body-protectors, jackets, gloves, spurs etc.
For the horse: We offer several sizes and models on: numnahs, saddles, brushing boots, bridles, reins, girths, stirrups, blankets, wood shavings, horse food, horse shoes, equipment for furriers, etc.

The following regulations apply, at our Club:
1) We request all our riders to come on time.
2) We welcome and encourage families to come and watch the riding lessons.
3) Riding hats, which conform to the current international safety standards, should be worn at all times. Drawstrings must be adjusted correctly and chinstraps must be fastened.
4) Riding footwear must have smooth soles, and heels of a sensible depth. Jodhpur boots or long riding boots are recommended. 'Trainers' and other soft shoes while riding can cause serious accidents.
5) Body-protectors are not compulsory, though they do provide extra safety in case of accidents with the horses, especially whilst jumping. For your safety, we recommend you do bring your body protection.
