Philips recently announced, in association with distributor X-cite by Alghanim, the Kuwait launch of Lumea, a proven effective Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) depilation solution that grants women the ultimate beauty wish; to feel free from unwanted hair and have perfectly smooth skin everyday.

 LWDLIK- I want one. I have done two expensive (compared to this) sessions of IPL at a salon and have seen a lot less regrowth which is pretty good but this would be perfect and convenient to do myself. I have a tan now so it's not recommended to do this treatment at the moment, unless I want to look like Marty from 'Madagascar' the  movie. But around Christmas should be fine LOL..
