With thanks to Francois and Bazaar for the info.
Institut français du Koweit & Cinescape are delighted to announce 2nd French Short Film Festival in Kuwait.
After the success of the first edition in 2012, Institut français partners again with the International short film Festival of Clermont-Ferrand (http://www.clermont-filmfest. com/) to offer you a selection of shorts awarded in the last two editions of the International Film Festival in Clermont-Ferrand.

Institut francais innovated this year by scheduling a special screening dedicated to young audience (6-13 years).
