Jazz at 360 Mall

In collaboration with the U.S. Embassy in Kuwait, 360 Mall is pleased to present the Chris Byars/Ari Roland Jazz band, which will be performing in conjunction with the nation-wide celebrations marking the 50th anniversary of Kuwait’s independence, the 20th anniversary of the liberation, and the 5th anniversary of H.H. the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah’s assumption of power. The concert will be held in the spacious Main Atrium where the rich distinct carpets, wooden floors, the multiplicity of water elements and verdant planters that are scattered throughout the seating area seamlessly blend with the main water feature.

The band’s music is inspired by the great masters of jazz and the Golden Age of Jazz (1930's - 1950's), and its original compositions have been celebrated by jazz critics from around the world. In addition to the group’s performances in New York and busy touring schedule, its members direct international jazz programs bringing together young musicians from across the globe.
