Flight Simulators at Discovery Center & 360 Mall

Located in the Basement at Discovery Center, Next to Ice Skating Rink, Al-Sour Street, Kuwait City.

What is the Kuwait Flight Simulation Center?

The Kuwait Flight Simulation Center is the largest and "first" of a kind center in the world. Real flight simulation in the latest professional simulators. You can fly an Airbus A320, A321, A330, MD11, Boeing 747, Boeing 737, Boeing 777, Cessna 172-1, a helicopter, or if you are a real adrenaline junkie, you can strap yourself into an F-16 or F-18 and dogfight with a MIG-30 in the same simulators used by NASA.

If you are a professional pilot, the center offers a number of opportunities for you to stay proficient and improve your piloting skills. The center includes a fully functional A320 cockpit and "active" Air Traffic Control. Both certified pilots and air traffic controller instructors are available to help you design your simulation, assist you in your training experience, and help you evaluate the results of the simulation.

In addition, the center includes classroom facilities, a pilot shop, a hobby shop, and coffee shop where you can take a break from your intensive experience. Courses in basic aviation skills, navigation, and air traffic communications are available to those who want to prepare to become a pilot or stay proficient in their skills , The center is open both to the professional pilot community and the general public.

How Do I book a flight?

That is the easiest part. Simply click on the booking tab on the website and follow the instructions. You can book the aircraft you wish to fly, the city you wish to fly from and the city you wish to fly to and we will do the rest. When you arrive at the center the simulator you choose will be programmed and ready to go. You can also simply drop by and we accommodate you on a "space available" basis. We strongly suggest, however to book your flight on-line as demand is very high.

How much does this cost?

Prices vary, based on the aircraft you choose, but generally run between 10 KWD and 30 KWD per hour without instructor. Classes also vary in price, but some basic classes are free on a first come, first served basis. The more you fly, the more discounts you can earn.
