James Bond (Daniel Craig) in Drag for International Women’s Day

The two-minute short, specially commissioned for International Women's Day, sees 007 star Daniel Craig undergo a dramatic makeover as he puts himself, quite literally, in a woman's shoes.
Although at first titillating and amusing to see Daniel Craig as James Bond, forced into fake breasts and long hair, the deeper message behind this video is thought provoking at the very least.
With Judi Dench as ‘M’ quoting jaw-dropping statistics about the vulnerability and exploitation of women in the UK, it quickly becomes apparent that the term ‘equality’ is still a contentious word within gender roles in our society.
The film was directed by Nowhere Boy creator Sam Taylor-Wood, and is the first ever Bond film to be directed by a woman.
